Welcome to the start of a great year on the 6th Grade Gold Team!

I hope you are coming to 6th grade with great expectations, because this will be a year full of creative, challenging and interesting learning adventures. I expect you to work hard, complete all assignments, and to work together with your peers as a successful team. 

In our classroom, everyone will be treated with respect. It is your “safe zone” where you will be free to ask questions without anyone belittling you for asking. Your ideas will be respected and your creativity will be encouraged. There will be a lot of communication between you, your teacher and your family. We are all on the same team, and our goal is to help you, the student, have a successful year.

Please come to class prepared with your school supplies and a positive attitude!
